Stunning Grounds

Part of the renowned “Valleywood Acres Inn and Cottages,” this property offers the best of both worlds –a serene escape surrounded by 18 acres of natural beauty, complete with inviting trails, a private lake, and the picturesque Esopus creek, perfect for outdoor adventures, fire pits and quality “me” time.

This is the Unit 2 of this duplex (Right side Unit when facing theBlue House) and is a true on-of-a-kind experience, seamlessly combining the movie themes and modern effects.

The LOTR BedRoom

The experience starts with the hand-carved, glow-in-the-dark “Doors of Durin” which of course lights up when you touch a secret spot! Be awed by the hand-crafted, true-to-the-original Hobbiton Headboard. All the logs used in making this headboard came from the lake and the creek. From there, each and every intentionally and meticulously hand-crafted component like complete Hobbiton headboard to custom-crafted tree of Gondor will continue to amaze and delight the fans.

The Harry Potter Bedroom

The Gryffindor lady is hard to miss and sets the tone for the Harry Potter room. From floor to ceiling Hogwarts portrait to hand-crafted “Deathly-Hollows” symbol on the wall, it will be a close contest as to which one to admire first.

• We are minutes to Dining (Peekamoose, Urban Cowboy), shopping and trails
• The famous Esopus creek flows by and through our property. Swim, Fish in the lake or in the Creek. Please check local licensing for information
• PETS are allowed with permission. Please advise the owners before bringing pets. They must be leashed at all times outside, not left alone in the unit and stay off the furniture
• Longer stays welcome. Please reach out to us for on-site laundry facility access
